How do I track my order?

What if the lamp or light is broken in transportation?
Our Products are insured for any transportation damage. Please do not accept the packet and return it to the courier person.

What if I don't like the design when I see the product at home?
We have made every effort to display all product and colours accurately.

However we cannot guarantee that the image displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect the same.

In case such a situation arises we will gladly be able to offer you an exchange for another product, provided it is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

• It should also have the valid, readable, un-tampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

• And also the UPC (Universal Product Code) if any should not be tampered with.
